114學年度研究生研究成果壁報展示比賽

一、活動日期：11月14日（星期五）

二、活動地點：行政大樓展示廳

三、評分時間：10:00~14:00

四、頒獎時間：16:00進行頒奬典禮

五、評分委員：本所全體教師

六、參賽規定：

A.碩二研究生及博二、三研究生一律參加。

B.碩一及博一研究生採志願參加，欲參加者請於11月7日前向所辦公室報名。

C.博四以上研究生由指導教授個別指定參加。

D.呈現的方式：標題一定要中英文對照、圖表可以用全英文或中英文對照的方式呈現。

七、作品內容及評分項目：

A.壁報規格：直式，原則上寬85公分，高130公分，須自行大圖輸出及張貼。

B.研究成果之壁報內容應包括標題、作者、前言、方法、結果圖表及結論等。

C.壁報評分時間作者應在場報告，評分內容包括壁報內容及口頭報告。

【吸引力（25%）、科學性及創造性（25%）、內容（25%）、口頭討論（25%）】

D.碩二及博二之壁報比賽成績將佔本學期「專題討論」學期成績之50%。

八、獎勵內容：比賽組別分為碩士班一年級組、二年級組及博士班組等三組，各組各取前三名，每名頒發獎狀一紙及獎金（第一名三千元、第二名二千元、第三名一千元）。【碩一組及博士班組給獎人數依下列原則為之，若該組參加人數超過九（含）人，則給獎三名（第一、二、三名）；若參加人數低於九（不含）人，則給獎人數為參加人數之三分之一，無法整除者以四捨五入計之，並名次由第一名依序發給。】

九、其他事項：

1. 所有參賽者請於11月7日前將壁報題目繳交給所辦公室。
2. 所辦公室會提供圖釘以固定壁報，若參賽者須額外之美化展板用品請自備。
3. 壁報應於當日上午09:30以前將作品固定於展板之上，並在下午頒奬典禮後自行將壁報收回。

十、中午並舉辦師生聯誼餐會。

2024 Institutional Postgraduate Poster Competition

1. Date of the event: Friday, December 13, 2024

2. Location of the event: Showroom of the Administration Building

3. Scoring time:10:00~14:00

4. Award ceremony:16:00

5. Judging committee: All professors of IMB

6. Competition rules:

A. All second-year master’s students and second-year and third-year doctoral students must participate in this competition.

B. First-year master’s and doctoral students can participate in this competition voluntarily.

  Register at the IMB office before December 13, if you want to participate in this competition.

C. Doctoral students in their fourth year and above may participate with approval from their advisor.

D. Poster content should be presented in English

7. Contents of Poster:

A. Poster size: In principle is 85 cm (width) × 130 cm (height)/ Poster presentation vertical

B. The poster content should include the title, author, preface, methods, charts, conclusions, etc.

C. Scoring Matters: Scoring includes poster content and oral reports.

 Attractiveness（25%）/ Science and Creativity（25%）/ contents（25%）/Oral presentation skill（25%）

D. The results of this competition account for 50% of the seminar course in this semester for second-year master and second-year doctoral students.

8.About Awards:

A. The competition is divided into three categories:

Master first-year group/Master second-year group/Ph.D. group

B. Three prizes will be awarded if there are more than 9 participants in each group.

C. The first place will be awarded a certificate and a 3,000 TWD cash prize.

D. The second place will be awarded a certificate and a 2,000 TWD cash prize.

E. The third place will be awarded a certificate and a 1,000 TWD cash prize.

9. Please note:

A. Submit the poster title to IMB office before December 13.

B. The office will provide pushpins for fixing the posters onto the display board.

C. Participants must put up the poster on the display board before 09:30 on the day of the competition.

D. Authors should be present to report during the scoring time.

E. Participants should take back the poster after award ceremony.

10.There will be a lunch gathering at noon on the day of the competition.
